Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your travel booking within 24 hours of booking confirmation without providing any reason, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Cancellation Period

The deadline for canceling a travel package is within 24 hours from the date of booking confirmation, provided that:

• The cancellation is made well before the travel departure date, and

• No non-refundable services (such as flight tickets, visa fees, hotel advance, or activity reservations) have been issued or confirmed.

Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 24 hours after confirmation of eligible cancellation.

• Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment used during booking.

• No additional refund processing fees will be charged by us (bank or gateway charges, if any, may apply).

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A travel package may be eligible for a refund if:

• The booking was made within the last 24 hours

• The request is submitted in writing within the allowed time

• No non-refundable components have been booked or utilized

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Travel packages customized or personalized as per customer request

• Bookings where flights, visas, hotels, cruises, or activities are already confirmed and non-refundable

• Visa fees, government taxes, service charges, or convenience fees

• No-show cases or partial utilization of the travel package

• Cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period

• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, airline cancellation, etc.), where refunds depend solely on suppliers’ policies

We reserve the right to deduct supplier cancellation charges before processing any refund.

Amendments & Date Changes

• Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and supplier policies

• Additional charges may apply

• Some bookings may not allow amendments once confirmed

Travel Credits / Vouchers

In certain cases, instead of a cash refund, we may offer:

• Travel credit

• Voucher valid for a specific period
  (subject to supplier terms)

We act only as a travel facilitator between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, visa authorities). Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of respective service providers.
